MANCHESTER, CONNECTICUT – Patrons attending Little Theatre of Manchester’s (LTM’s) production of LOVE/SICK on Sunday, June 17, 2018, can purchase a barbeque meal cooked outside on Cheney Hall’s patio beginning at noon.
For $30 per person BARBEQUE ON THE PATIO tickets, guests will be treated to grilling from Brown Sugar Catering featuring a menu of barbecue ribs and/or chicken, beef brisket sliders, baked beans, caramelized onion potato salad, roasted summer vegetables, mixed green salad/dressing, fresh fruit salad, strawberry shortcake and a beverage.
BARBEQUE ON THE PATIO is a chance for patrons to either celebrate Father’s Day or just enjoy a delicious meal before seeing LTM’s current comedy, LOVE/SICK—an 80-minute romp that explores the pain and the joy that comes with being in love.
Full of imperfect lovers and dreamers, LOVE/SICK is an unromantic comedy for the romantic in everyone, featuring nine slightly twisted and completely hilarious short vignettes taking place in an alternate suburban reality. The Hartford Courant calls it, “a dark, amusing look at romance…strikes just the right balance between wisdom and whimsy…light, bright, anti-romantic, and engaging.” LOVE/SICK plays June 1 to June 17, 2018, at Cheney Hall and tickets are $19-$25.
Tickets LOVE/SICK and the BARBEQUE ON THE PATIO are available at the Cheney Hall Box Office at 860-647-9824 or visiting www.cheneyhall.org.
