FREE Introduction to Stage Management Seminar
Ever wonder what a stage manager really does? Ever wonder what happens behind the scenes of a show? Ever thought of stage managing but just weren't sure what the commitment would be? Well, Little Theatre of Manchester is going to let you in on all that.
On Saturday, February 7th from 10:00am. to 12:00pm., stage managers Cathy Zizka and Jaime Williams, along with director Joe Keach-Longo will share with you their combined, 75+ years of theatre/stage management experience. LTM Lunchtime Lectures
For the third year, our resident theater expert, David Garnes will moderate five lectures preceding each of our main stage productions.
The dates for these are circled on the calendar below and, with the exception of one (1/14) whose date has changed, begin at noon at Cheney Hall.
The changed date is the Lecture scheduled for Wednesday, January 14th. In conjunction with the Mark Twain House and Museum, we will celebrate the first major production in Connecticut, of Mark Twain's play, Is He Dead? with a Lecture on Thursday, January 29th at noon at Cheney Hall. Feel free to bring your lunch, we'll put on the coffee!
This special lecture will feature Garnes, and also MTH&M Director of Communications and Special Events, Jacques Lamarre - a well-known local playwright and theater critic.
