CHENEY HALL is the perfect spot for your family or business event. The elegant architecture of Cheney Hall's Auditorium makes it a favorite for weddings, banquets, office holiday parties, and family gatherings.

The auditorium seats as many as 320, when arranged for an audience. Arranged with tables and chairs for a banquet or wedding receptions, it seats 150 to 200 comfortably.

Weekday rentals offer great pricing for businesses that wish to hold luncheons, business meetings, workshops and the like in either the great hall or the lower level Silk Room. We are equipped with a large screen and projector for your convenience at an additional rental fee (for use only in the great hall). A small stand-alone screen is available for meetings in the Silk Room.

Rental rates at Cheney Hall are very reasonable. Most renters make their own arrangements with caterers and table and linen rental services, though our staff can help with making these arrangements.

Please note that smoking and lighted candles are not permitted at Cheney Hall, and for events that will include alcohol, renters or their caterers must provide a certificate of liquor liability insurance, covering the Town of Manchester, Little Theatre of Manchester and the Cheney Hall Foundation from alcohol related claims. The best way to provide this is to work with a fully licensed caterer.
