• Art: Original acrylic paintings, prints, mixed media artwork, and original art.

• Paintings: Fluid art and pour paintings on canvas, watercolor paintings of pets (custom portraits), mixed media artwork inspired by fantasy & nature.

• Ceramics/Pottery: Handcrafted porcelain objects (guided breathing tiles, worry stones, keychains, necklaces).

• Woodcrafts: Woodworking, unique laser-engraved woodcrafts, art, wood slice magnets, blocks, magnets with sayings.

• Dioramas: Highly detailed dioramas of nature and other popular characters, gnome and fairy decor.

• Flower & Botanical: Handmade gifts from pressed flowers (acrylic bookmarks, laminated bookmarks, refrigerator magnets, framed art, glassware), dried lavender bundles, Christmas arrangements, decorations, and logs.

• Resin/Acrylic: Acrylic and resin-poured items include coasters, trays, side tables, ornaments, keychains, pop sockets, and gift boxes.

• Vintage & Upcycled: Vintage art and home decor, vintage-inspired Christmas cards.

• Paper Crafts: Journals, handcrafted paper gifts, quilling, quilled ornaments, Christmas cards, lithographs, and contour glass pieces.

• Crochet & Knit: Crochet goods, hats, gloves, scarves, holiday stockings, amigurumi plushies, handknit scarves, shawls, crocheted toys, garments, and outerwear.

• Bags & Pouches: Handmade bags, wallets, embroidered pouches, tote bags.

• Soap & Candles: Homemade soap, artisan soap, candles, shea butter, perfume oils, bookish/coffee/tea theme candles.

• Holistic Wellness: Natural handmade holistic health & wellness goods, body butters, oils, bath soaks, wax melts, incense, lip care, hair care, spiritual/aromatherapy blends.

Gifts & Novelty

• Gift Baskets/Boxes: Gift Baskets/Boxes, curated gift boxes (cozy blankets, candles, self-care products), gift baskets.

At this time, we are no longer accepting vendor applications. If you’d like to be on a wait list, please email dharris@cheneyhall.org with the subject: CRAFT FAIR WAIT LIST.

Applications will be accepted until we are full. Limited space available. Applications will be reviewed to ensure a diverse selection of products. Once your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to pay the vendor fee of $50.

Please review the important information below.

VENDOR SETUP

Setup will begin two hours before the official opening time. Please feel free to arrive anytime between 10 AM and 11:30 PM. Unless alternate arrangements are agreed on, all vendors should be in place no later than 11:45 AM.

• Booth Space: Each vendor will be allocated approximately 10' x 10' booth space, and two chairs will be provided per booth.

• Pre-Paid Table: One will be provided at your booth if you've already paid for a table.

• Day-of-Rental: A limited number of tables may be available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. Please let me know the day of the event.

NO FOOD OR DRINK SERVICE

To ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees, please note the following food-related regulations:

• Food Service License: If you plan to prepare food for individual portions, even if it's not consumed on-site, you must obtain a food service license from the local health department. This includes but is not limited to, items like pre-packaged sandwiches, baked goods, or other ready-to-eat foods.

• No Sampling or Taste Testing: During the event, no sampling, taste testing, or consumption of any products, including items you are offering for sale, will be permitted.

SALES TAX

As a seller, you are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable sales and use tax laws. This includes:

• Collecting Sales Tax: Determining if and when to collect sales tax from your customers.

• Paying Sales Tax: Remitting the collected sales tax to the appropriate tax authority.

LTM, Cheney Hall, or the Town of Manchester is not liable for any sales tax collected or uncollected during the Arts and Craft Fair. It is your responsibility to ensure accurate tax reporting and payment.
