WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR ALL LTM PROGRAMS

The Little Theatre of Manchester, Inc. | The Town of Manchester | Cheney Hall Foundation, Inc.

In consideration of my desire to participate in any Little Theatre of Manchester (LTM) Program, including Classes, Workshops, Lectures, Performances, and Volunteering (the "Activity"), and being given the right to do so, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns ("Releasor"), knowingly and voluntarily agree to the following:

1. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby release and forever discharge The Little Theatre of Manchester, Inc., The Town of Manchester, and Cheney Hall Foundation, Inc., located at 177 Hartford Rd, Manchester, CT 06040, and their officers, affiliates, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, and assigns (collectively "Releasees"), from any and all physical or psychological injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation in the Activity, including injury caused by the negligence of Releasees, to the extent permitted by Connecticut law.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that the Activity carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical or psychological injury, illness, disability, economic or emotional loss, and death — arising from my own actions, others' negligence, travel to or from the Activity, or conditions at the Activity location. I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown.

3. INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Releasees from any and all claims, suits, damages, or costs (including attorney's fees) brought by me or on my behalf. I further acknowledge that the Releasees are not responsible for errors or failures of third parties who conduct events on their behalf.

4. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION & FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Should I require emergency medical care, I authorize Releasees and their representatives to provide or arrange treatment, including first aid, CPR, AED use, emergency transport, and disclosure of medical information to medical personnel. I agree to assume all resulting costs and understand I should carry my own health insurance.

5. PROPERTY DAMAGE

I agree to be held liable for any and all costs associated with damage to equipment or facilities caused by my, my family's, or my agent's willful actions, neglect, or recklessness.

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Release shall be governed by Connecticut law. It supersedes all prior oral or written agreements. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect, and any limiting construction that makes a provision enforceable shall be applied. This agreement was entered into at arm's length, without duress, between parties of equal bargaining strength, and shall be interpreted according to its plain language. This Release remains in effect for the duration of my participation in this and all subsequent Activities.
