Hello!

We look forward to seeing you at the BEACH BOYS TRIBUTE Saturday at 7 p.m.! Will you and your guests please arrive between 6:25 and 6:40?

A few rules:

• At this time, we DO REQUIRE masks to be worn while in Cheney Hall.

• Please do your best to keep up social distancing from other guests.

• No paper tickets? No problem! You should have received a confirmation email of your order with the option to print your tickets or to show them on a mobile device. If you can’t print from home your tickets (or don’t have a mobile device to display them), we will have YOUR NAME on a door list.

• You will be checked in outside on the patio. A volunteer will direct you from there.

• We are asking guests to arrive in waves, so we aren’t overwhelmed at once. Please arrive during your assigned time slot noted above (If you have a problem with this time, please let me know—we have flexibility!)

• Restrooms will only be available for immediate, urgent needs before and after the program. We ENCOURAGE patrons to NOT use the restrooms at Cheney Hall.

• We will NOT have a bar or concessions available for this performance. If you wish to bring in your own beverages, please note the following: no open containers; no glass containers; when possible, please bring containers with secure lids to prevent spills. At the time, we ask that you do NOT bring food.

• If you feel ill, please stay home. We will refund your tickets.
