None of this happened by accident. It’s all thanks to this community showing up in the audience, on stage, and through your generous support.
Today, I'm asking you to help sustain this work.
I want to be honest about where we are right now.
Small, community arts organizations like ours are facing tremendous economic pressure. Costs for productions, facilities, staff, and insurance keep going up. Grants are harder to get, and sponsorships are less reliable. As a local theater serving this community, we have very little room to spare.
We’re not a big institution with an endowment. We’re your neighborhood theater, and we are depending on the community now more than ever.
Without immediate support, continuing what we do is at real risk. So far, we’ve raised $5,828 toward our $50,000 annual fund goal. We must close a significant portion of this gap before rehearsals begin for our fall productions.
Without enough support, we may have to cut back on shows, limit programs, or put off needed maintenance.
Would you consider a gift of $25, $100, $250, or whatever amount is meaningful to you? Any donation, big or small, has a direct impact on our productions, programs, and the care of Cheney Hall. For example, $25 can help fund a rehearsal, $50 can support our youth program, $100 can support the technical crew, and $250 can help plan a season. Your gift truly shapes what we can offer.
Please act now and make your annual gift today. The fall season is almost here, and whether we move forward with certainty or struggle with setbacks depends on your immediate response.
LTM has served Manchester for generations. With your support today, it will continue to inspire audiences, educate young people, and bring our community together for years to come.
You can easily donate online at www.cheneyhall.org/give-today or by mailing a check to 177 Hartford Rd, Manchester, CT 06040.
Every dollar helps. Donors are recognized in our programs, thanked during the season, and their privacy is always respected. Please give today and encourage others to join you.
Eleven years in, I still believe deeply in what happens at LTM and in the people who make it possible. Thank you for being one of them.
Sincerely, |
